Caption:  The Chart Table, flow_monthcompar_usgs11462000_efrus_nr_ukiah.dbf, contains monthly average discharge for the East Fork Russian River near Ukiah, CA (US Geological Survey gauging station #11462000) for the periods pre- and post-completion of Coyote Dam that occurred in 1958. Standard error is also reported in cfs. All East Fork Russian River stream flows have been under the influence of the Potter Valley Project diversion since 1908. Column headers include: Q_AVE_12_58 = Monthly average flows for the pre-Coyote Dam period (1912-1913 and 1952-1958), Q_SDE_12_58 = Standard error of monthly average flows for the pre-Coyote Dam period (1912-1913 and 1952-1958), Q_AVE_59_01 = Monthly average flows for the pre-Coyote Dam period (1959-2001), Q_SDE_59_01 = Standard error of monthly average flows for the pre-Coyote Dam period (1959-2001).
