Caption: The chart shows the daily minimum and average water temperature in Celsius (°C) at Glenbrook Creek for the fall 1997. Daily minimum, maximum and average temperatures were above 15.6°C, the upper optimal temperature for salmonid rearing, when the gauge was first placed in September. The reference value of 10-15.6°C optimum temperature range for juvenile salmonid rearing is based on McCullough (1999). Data come from automated water temperature data probes placed by the Point Reyes National Seashore (PORE). See Info Links for more information.
