| Caption: The Stemple Creek monthly rainfall above was determined by Questa Engineering Corporation for the City of Santa Rosa and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers from data collected at the Sonoma County Water Agency rainfall gauge, Two Rock. The time period of compiled rainfall data from these two stations was not directly noted. Three monthly averages were derived: an overall average was determined from the monthly average of all years, a dry conditions average was estimated from the lowest 30 percent of rainfall years, and a wet conditions average was estimated from the highest 30 percent of rainfall years. Questa also calculated similar monthly rainfall averages for Americano Creek and Tolay Creek. | |
