Caption: This graph shows the average estimated number of salmonids per 100 feet of stream from 1992-1998, and 2000-2001 based on electrofishing results. Smith (2001) noted that the 1994, 1997, and 2000 year-classes of coho were weak. Data were collected by Dr. Jerry J. Smith of San Jose State University except in October 1998 when it was collected by Darren Fong of Golden Gate National Recreation Area (GOGA). Different numbers of sites and total lengths of stream were sampled between years. See Picture for a map of the sampling sites and Info Links for more information.
