Topic	Fish: Electrofishing Results from Brush Creek 1986, 1994

 

Caption:  California Department of Fish and Game staff electrofished Brush Creek to survey anadromous salmonids in October 1983 and July 1986. The community was dominated on both sample dates by young of the year steelhead (TROUT_YOY) with more yearlings (STLHD_1YR) present and two year old fish (STLHD2YR) in 1983. The 1983 sample included prickly sculpin and stickleback. The 1983 water year was robust as the El Niņo effect was occurring in that year. The 1986 water year included a very large storm in February.
