| Caption: The chart above shows the downstream migrant trap results for Pine Creek for the spring and summer of 1993. The catch in the downstream migrant trap in Pine Creek in 1993 was very low relative to 1992 (see previous Topic), because high flows substantially decreased trap efficiency. Trapping did not begin until 4/18/92 and regular sampling began in mid-May. The trapping season was extended through 9/12/93 and sampling took place on 58 days. Two traps were operated in Pine Creek, and the results above reflect the total of both traps. Steelhead greater than 70 mm (SH_OLDER) were less numerous in this year than steelhead young of the year (<70 mm). AMMOC is ammocoetes or Pacific lamprey larvae.
