Field reconnaissance photos span back to 1989. Mr. Higgins has been in the field in the Klamath first to research and scope scientists for the Long Range Plan for the Klamath River Basin Fishery Restoration Program (Kier Assoc., 1991). Returned to field as part of Mid-Program Evaluation of the Klamath Restoration Program (Kier Assoc., 1999). From 1992-94 Pat helped with the PWA (1994) SF Trinity Action Plan. Also had numerous field visits as part of KRIS project form 1994-2001. Supplemental Information Mr. Higgins wrote three chapters (#3,4,5) in the Long Range Plan (Kier Assoc., 1991), sections on habitat condition and change in Mid-Program Evaluation (Kier Associates, 1999; Appendix 9), and all chapters except those on geology and erosion in the South Fork Trinity Restoration Action Plan (Pacific Watershed Associates, 1994).
