Caption:  The Source Table "tempraw_lt_md_srnf_01_02.dbf" contains data from automated water temperature data probes placed in the Trinity River and its tributaries for the years 2001-2002. Data were collected by Six Rivers National Forest, lower Trinity Ranger District. The dataset was trimmed of erroneous data such as when air temperatures when probes were in transit. A key to column headings: LOCATION = A code given to sites by KRIS staff (if site was the same as a site in the Institute for Forest and Watershed Management database, then the LOCATION is the FSP_ID from the IFWM database), DATE = The date for each record, HOUR = The time of day for each record, C = Water temperature in degrees Fahrenheit, F = Water temperature in degrees Celsius, TIMESTEP = Hours between records.
